How do I get permission to advertise a School of Medicine event at the library?

I am a medical student who like to advertise Medical Student Research Day at the library using electronic powerpoint slides and flyers. Who should I contact for permission/instructions on how to do so? Thanks for your time.

For the PowerPoint slides, please see the library's Digital Sign Submissions Guidelines: https://cf.umaryland.edu/digitaldisplays/request_form.cfm

Flyers may be posted on bulletin boards within the library. You don not need permissions to post. There is a bulletin board on each floor of the library (1-5, plus Lower Level) near the elevator.
