To access an article you requested through interlibrary loan, start at the HSHSL homepage, and then follow these steps:

  • Click Find Resources on the red menu bar at the top of the page.
  • From the drop-down menu, click Request Articles & Books (ILL).
  • Log into your ILLiad account using your UMID and password.
  • From the ILLiad Main Menu, click on Retrieve Articles to view and download the article PDF.
