How can I access the UMB budget and salary book?

In the past, there has been a copy of the University of Maryland, Baltimore operating budget available at the library. Is this still available? Is is accessible online?

Answer

Starting with fiscal year (FY) 2019, annual UMB budget summaries and salary listings are available online, through the UMB Digital Archive. You can access and download the reports here.

The library also keeps print copies of past salary books under the title University of Maryland, Baltimore FY (...) Budget. This link to the USMAI catalog record will show you the availability and locations for this annual publication - from FY 2000 through FY 2018.
