How do I access ProQuest to search dissertations?

I'm interested in using ProQuest to search for dissertations about digital literacy. I'm having trouble finding an instrument, and want to search the gray literature.

To access ProQuest Dissertations & Theses database, begin at the HS/HSL Databases page: https://www2.hshsl.umaryland.edu/hshsl/resources/databases/index.cfm

From the A-Z list, click on the letter D.

From the list of databases beginning with D, choose Dissertations & Theses.

If you are off campus when accessing the database, you will need to sign in with your UM username and password.
