Give the computer a minute; it might be running slowly due to other programs open. If it still doesn't recognize your USB drive, try inserting the drive into a different USB port. (Most of the library computers have USB ports on both the left side of the monitor and on the system unit behind the monitor.) If none of the available USB ports work, you may need to move to another computer.
