I can not login to Refworks through the ProQuest tab on MS Office Word. Is there a different password that needs to be used to login. It used to automatically show up and now I do not know what happened?

Answer

If you ever log out of Write-N-Cite 4 on your personal computer (or if you are using Write-N-Cite 4 on a different computer for the first time), you will need to copy and paste the RefWorks WNC Login Code into the MS Word Proquest add-in.  The code allows you to log in with UMB institutional credentials.  Once the code is applied, you can simply log in with your RefWorks username & password, provided you don't log out again. Logging out of Write-N-Cite in Word will clear the code.
