I'm wondering if you can help me understand better exactly what it is that you are looking for. Generally speaking, practically all research articles are methodological studies. Therefore, almost anything you'll find in Pubmed or Medline will be a methodological study. If you are searching Ovid Medline for example, I would perform my search and then look for the link that reads "additional limits". Then on the next page, I would select from the "Publication Types" the types of research studies you are interested in. Things like a "Clinical Trial" would be methodological. "Comparative Studies" would be a study using yet a different methodology, etc. Let me know if that helps. If not, please write back with more detailed information and we will try to help further.
Thanks & Best Regards,
