I requested an article through Illiad and it was "submitted throughout web" and can be accessed within 30 days. How do I get it? Tried logging in to the library to see if it will let me see it, but it says "Not available online". Need it by Monday 3/31

Answer

A PDF copy of the article should be in your ILLiad account. You have to log in with your UMID and password.

Article requests are delivered electronically:Posted to your ILLiad account. You will receive an email notification that it has been posted with a link to access your account. Once you login, the article is in your 'Electronically Received Articles' where it will remain for 30 days. Charges, if applicable, apply whether or not the article is viewed.Emailed to the email address specified in your ILLiad account information.Books will be held at the HS/HSL Circulation desk for pick-up during library hours. You will be notified via e-mail that the book has arrived.
