Is it possible to get a photocopy of the checkin record of a particular journal? I need documentation of the "received date" of five medical journal issues?
I am a research librarian in Dallas, Texas. My attorney is involved in a patent case with a difficult opposing counsel and needs to prove to him that the information in these particular journal issues was made public during a specific date frame. Should I be going through interlibrary loans or is this something that you can do for me. I am willing to pay all costs involved. And it would be greatly appreciated!!

Answer

Hi Anne,

You would have to put in a request through InterLibrary Loan (http://www.hshsl.umaryland.edu/services/ill.html). Their number is (410) 706-3239 and their email is rs@hshsl.umaryland.edu.

Hopefully this helps,
