Q. How can I get a list of peer-reviewed journals for my topic?

Answer

Many databases have a limit on their search page for peer reviewed journals. You can search for your topic and click this limit at the same time. Also, for a list of journals in a large topic area you cango to our journals page Serial Solutions, and choosing your subject area from the pulldown menu under “Select by subject category".

If you want a comprehensive list of journals on your topic, you are probably best served by going to the database Ulrich’s or to WorldCat and searching for peer reviewed serials under your subject heading. There is no listing of every possible journal for your topic, but Ulrichs or WorldCat can give you a pretty good idea.
