Q. I can't access the e-reserves.Each time I get a message that states my bar code or last name was entered incorrectly. Can you help?

Your last name may be in the system wrong. We can check that for you. Also: Make sure that you are entering the number under your barcode, not the number in the corner of your card, and if your name is hyphenated or has some other punctuation mark in it, try typing it without the punctuation or just using the first half of your hyphenated last name.
